Northern Starz Center for the Performing Arts
Located at 5300 Alpine Drive NW, the Northern Starz Center for the Performing Arts is a cornerstone of Ramsey’s cultural landscape. The center offers a range of programs catering to different age groups and interests, including:

Two Rivers Art Fair
In collaboration with the Rumriver Art Center, the City of Ramsey hosts the annual Two Rivers Art Fair at The Draw, located at 7401 E Ramsey Parkway. This event showcases local artists who share and sell their work with the community. Attendees can enjoy artist demonstrations, introductory art classes, live entertainment, and local food vendors. The fair also features a Plein Air art competition and offers hands-on activities like decorating art fair bags and observing raku firing demonstrations.
The Draw Summer Concert Series
During the summer months, Ramsey’s COR area comes alive with the Draw Summer Concert Series. Held from June to August at The Draw, these free outdoor concerts run from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., with the final concert extending from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The series features a variety of musical genres and includes additional activities such as Art in the Park, where children aged 5-15 can participate in art projects guided by Rumriver Art Center artists. The series concludes with the Trott Brook Benefit Bash, a community event supporting local causes.
